Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Citizenship test and learn service ("Service"), provided by Citizenship test and learn ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the Service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Citizenship test and learn offers practice tools for the United States naturalization process, including practice questions, reading and writing drills, and an N-400 / interview simulator. The Service is provided for educational practice only and is not legal advice or a substitute for official USCIS materials.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringe intellectual-property rights of others;
- interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal provided by Paddle.
7. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, the trial period and any required payment method are disclosed at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged in accordance with the plan you selected.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us through the in-app chat or via Paddle for billing-related questions at paddle.net.
