Citizenship test and learn offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout.
  2. Locate your order and use the refund option, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  3. You can also contact us through the in-app chat and we will help you with the refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
